(MADAD (MEA in Aid of Diaspora in Distress) was launched by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India in January 2015, as a new Complaints Monitoring System for Consular Services implemented through Indian Missions and Posts abroad.
Its features include online logging and effective tracking of complaints and seeking feedback. MADAD is an online tool used by Indian expatriates/families of expatriates for lodging complaints to the Indian government.
