Conference visa is granted for participants of conferences organized by Government authorities including Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous bodies under Government and to participants of conferences organized by non-Governmental agencies/organizations.

• Invitation letter from the organizer of the Conference. Copies of Clearance from the nodal Ministry, Ministry of External Affairs which is forwarded by the organizers to their invitees from India.    

• Invitation letter from the organizer of the Conference.NOC from the local sponsor or employer.  

In addition to the above-mentioned visa fee, service charge of OMR 2.340 will be levied by outsourcing agency
